Jana Heetland, Owner and Lead Designer & Michael Remuzzi - Jana’s # 1 in all accounts! Mike will walk into the shop and instantly make everyone laugh with his “dad jokes” and quotes from his latest comedian’s commentary!

Jana has spent over 20 years blending her passions for floral design and event styling to create unforgettable experiences. Her journey began in Southern California, coordinating weddings on yacht charters, and evolved in Oahu, Hawaii, where she launched an event planning business and discovered her talent & passion for floral artistry.

After seven years on Oahu, Jana moved to Sedona, Arizona, where she became the Wedding & Event Specialist at the area’s largest flower shop. Over a decade, she grew their wedding business and honed her skills, eventually stepping away during the pandemic to focus on starting her own business. In 2022, she launched a boutique event rental company, but local demand for her floral expertise soon drew her back to her roots. After a little arm twisting she decided to once again be part of the flower world and combined the two.

Now, Jana seamlessly merges event design with floral artistry, offering clients cohesive and sophisticated experiences. Inspired by Sedona’s natural beauty, she and her team bring visions to life with personal care and unmatched creativity.

With Mike by her side, they are a team that works well together no matter how the day may be going! He is the butter to her bread, the ketchup to her fries and of course, the icing on her cake!!!!! She couldn’t do it without him and all of the help he provides daily!

Meet Thea Beasley – Floral Assistant & Logistics Extraordinaire

Thea Beasley brings a can-do attitude and a wealth of creativity to our team. A former art teacher from the Northwest, Thea is no stranger to managing chaos—something she’s well-practiced at as a mother of two lively boys. Thankfully, her supportive and hands-on husband helps her carve out time to be an integral part of our crew.

Currently training as one of our floral assistants, Thea has already proven herself indispensable by taking charge of some of the most essential behind-the-scenes tasks. From pulling and prepping hard goods, vases, and rentals to cleaning and organizing everything after a whirlwind event weekend, Thea ensures our operations run smoothly. Her meticulous attention to detail and willingness to tackle even the toughest jobs—always with a smile—make her a cherished member of the team.

To those who know her, Thea is truly priceless. Her upbeat spirit, hard work, and dedication keep us inspired, and we couldn’t imagine doing what we do without her!

We are so thrilled that in addition to having Mallory as part of our team, we have also now added her amazingly creative husband Tim as well as my better half, Mike, to the White Sage family! Tim & Mallory had been dreaming of finding a workshop of their own in which Tim could start his metal & woodworking business and Mallory can use a corner for her jewelry designing. Much to their & our surprise, roughly 3 months ago, the work shop directly next door to White Sage became available and they quickly jumped at the opportunity. Having the ability to simply put in a call to Tim, strategize design details together and see the work being done as it’s happening in real time is a true blessing! We know that our projects are in the best of hands, and provides a certain peace of mind that just doesn’t happen when you hire someone completely random. Especially when it comes to these specialty items that mean so much to us and our clients. We are so grateful to have both Tim as well as our other in house wood worker, Mike ( Jana’s better half) to be there for us in our times of need! Mike is our wood ceremony structure designer & builder, not to mention the muscles when we need them! We are so happy to have a sort of “family” affair with the addition of Tim’s workshop, AKA - “Metal & Dust” and the help of our loved ones - AKA Mike, during the most stressful of days and weekends!

Meet Mallory Jamieson – Assistant Designer & Team Cheer Leader!

Mallory Jamieson brings her creative flair and meticulous attention to detail to our team as Assistant Designer. With a professional background in jewelry design, Mallory has a natural talent for artistry and precision, which she now channels into the world of floral and event design.

A proud mom to an infant baby boy and three furry children, Mallory is always on the go, whether it's enjoying long stroller walks with her son or spreading her signature positivity wherever she goes. Her vibrant energy and love for connecting with people make her an invaluable part of our team and a joy to work with.

Mallory is also the crew’s organizational powerhouse, ensuring every detail is accounted for before we head out to create magic on event day. From triple-checking plans to making sure timelines run smoothly, she keeps us on track and ready to deliver unforgettable experiences for our clients.
